These storms form in specific regions: Atlantic Ocean: Including the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean Sea, and extending towards the eastern United States and parts of Central America. Indian Ocean: Covering areas around the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal. Western Pacific Ocean: Extending from the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia to the eastern coasts of China and Japan. Eastern Pacific Ocean: Including the coastal regions of Mexico and parts of Central America.
