The lightest shade of green represents a dew point of 20 degrees Fahrenheit, seen in parts of the western United States. The light shade of green, indicating a dew point of 30 degrees Fahrenheit, covers areas such as parts of Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Utah. Moving southward, the green shade representing 40 degrees Fahrenheit is visible in regions including parts of the mostly western United States, such as Montana, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, and Arizona. The medium green shade represents the 50 degrees Fahrenheit range and is seen in the northern Midwest, including parts of North Dakota. The darker shade of green represents higher dew points, with 55 degrees Fahrenheit covering regions like South Dakota, central parts of Wisconsin, Chicago, and New York. The green color represents 60 degrees Fahrenheit and is widespread in the central to eastern United States, covering areas like Dallas, Texas, Iowa, Illinois, Virginia, and Washington D.C. The brown color represents 65 degrees Fahrenheit and is concentrated in the southeastern United States, covering regions such as Tennessee, Georgia, and the Carolinas. The darkest shade of brown represents dew points of more than 70 degrees Fahrenheit, seen in the Gulf Coast states, including Louisiana, Mississippi, Houston, Florida, and Miami.
