Medium blue indicates a rate of 25% to 99% in south and southwestern Asian and north Africa. Light blue regions indicate a rate of 1% to 24% including the United States, parts of western Europe, China and Australia. The lightest blue indicates less than 1% in parts of Europe, South America, and Central and Southwestern Africa.
