Climate Adaptability

WorldPhysical Environment

This world map shows each country's ability to adapt to climate change's negative effects using GAIN (Global Adaptation Index) This index measures a country's ability to adapt to the negative effects of climate change, including the country's exposure, sensitivity and capacity to adapt. Higher numbers indicate a country is less vulnerable.

Notre Dame Global Adaptation Initiative

GAIN (Global Adaptation Index) This index measures a country's ability to adapt to the negative effects of climate change, including the country's exposure, sensitivity and capacity to adapt. Higher numbers indicate a country is less vulnerable.
